Registration Fees
$65.00 – $90.00
To register for one of the Youth Sports programs, click here to download and print out the registration form. Please only select (or check) one program for each registration form.
You may then use one of the following three options:
- Print the downloaded registration and fill out by hand, and bring the form to Friars Club.
- Fill out the form on your computer, save and print the form, and bring the form to Friars Club.
- Fill out the form on your computer, (and type your first name, middle initial and last name in the signature field where you would normally sign), now just right click on the form and save the completed form to your computer (e.g. to your desktop, or another folder location that you will remember), then attach the completed form you have just saved to an email send to: pozias@friarsclubinc.org.
Payments may be made:
- by PayPal online, (paypal.me/FriarsClub) please turn in a copy of receipt with registration form, or show us the transaction information on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop for verification.
- by Credit Card using the options below, over the phone, or at Friars Club. If by phone, please bring in a copy of receipt with registration form. If you use a smart phone, tablet or laptop, you can show us the receipt on your device without a printed copy.
- by Currency, Check or Money Order at Friars Club.
- by CashApp ($FriarsClub)
